Egypt Enviorment Minister visits Portugal.

During the month of May 2016 we receive in Portugal the Minister of Environment affairs of Egypt and his delegation to evaluate the waste treatment solutions for MSW. This initiative was organized by Pulsar da Terra in cooperation with the Portuguese Minister of Environment. Pulsar da Terra promoted this cooperation and the exchange of knowledge between the two countries.

In partnership with Intercement, TPF / Biovia, and Pulsar da Terra, it was possible to realize this important initiative, with the target to:
- Define the policy and regulation for the waste streams (MSW, tires, mineral oils plastics, etc…);
- Define the action plan for the short and medium term solution for the MSW treatment in Alexandria, including the construction of a pilot project to treat 150 kt/year of MSW in Alex region;

Pulsar da Terra, target is to promote the more sustainable technical solution for waste treatment adapted to the Egypt specifies. Improving the success of the project that is running in Egypt with the TPF Company - Training Production Fuel.
In conclusion of the visit, Pulsar da Terra has the role to develop concrete work for develop and implement the solution in this part of the African continent.
